Reviews – Dewytree Manuka honey and Aloe gel, Weleda Purifying Cleanser, Eucerin Q10 eye cream

All the thoughts and opinions in my posts are my own at the moment. The posts and reviews aren’t sponsored yet and the links I share aren’t affiliate links yet. For the case IF I’ll mark the sponsored/affiliate content.

In the last few months I had the luck to test out some new cosmetics I really liked. Because I don’t have enough time to write a detailed review for each of them, here some short reviews.

Weleda – Purifying Gel Cleanser

Finally I did my first acqaintance with Weleda. Somehow I ignored the brand unwanted all the years I live in Germany, and its known as a German brand! But this time I found in a Sale Weleda and caught me at once some of the products.
Its a new gel cleanser for impure skin. Certified organic cosmetic (by Natrue).
Unfortunately it is only German version, but you can find it on BCE.

A jelly-like gel. Nice subtle scent, reminds me of peppermint.

  • Contains willow bark extract.
  • Very mild and gentle cleanser.
  • Foams good.
  • Cleanse good and doesn’t clog the pores.
  • Gives a wonderful cooling and refreshing feeling. Perfect for hot summer.
  • Soothes the skin.
  • No irritation.

Excellent! Perfect for oily, impure and even sensitive skin. Wanna have more of it.

Dewytree – Honey and Aloe gels

Another new brand for me, this time from Korea. And I’ve got it in Sale too. What a luck! I used in the last summer Aloe gel from Nature Republic with 92% Aloe extract and was curious to test smth from another brand. And I’ve found even 2 versions one with Manuka honey and one with Aloe. For body, face and hair. Amount: 300 ml.

Royal Manuka Honey Hydrating Gel

Jelly-like gel with nice sweet scent. Contains royal jelly and propolis extracts.

  • Very moisturizing.
  • Cooling an refreshing.
  • Nourishing.
  • No irritation.
  • Absorbs quick.
  • After applying for a few minutes a bit tacky.

Aloe Soothing Gel

Contains 98% Aloe extrect. Jelly-like substance, but much thicker than of Manuka Honey and transparent. The scent reminds me of fresh cut aloe leaves.

  • Very moisturizing.
  • Cooling an refreshing.
  • Soothing.
  • No irritation.
  • Absorbs quick.
  • After applying for a few minutes a bit tacky.

According to Dewytree can be used in many ways: for body, for face, for eyes, for hair, after shaving.

My fave is Manuka honey gel. A must have for summer. Highly recommend.. Will definitely repurchase again.

Eucerin Q 10 Active Eye Cream with SPF 15

Before the summer started I was searching for eye creams with anti-aging effect and I was searching for sunscreens for the whole body. Some of them for face and hand I’ve already introduced. For more read here: Ducray hand cream

and Sunscreens for face.

But I had some troubles to find a really good eye cream with SPF. It seems to be there’re not many on the market. Some of them are very expensive and some have too negative reviews. Finally I decided to buy this one though even this one has many negative reviews, but because it combines the both factors in it I was looking for: anti-aging and sunprotection. I’ve been using it since many weeks now and I am really glad for making the descision to buy.

What should it do: reduce wrinckles, tighten the skin and protect from harmful sun rays. Suitable for all skin types, specially for sensitive skin. Suitable for those who carries contact lenses. Fragrance, parabens and alcohol free.

  • Nice light creamy texture.
  • Absorbs quick.
  • Moisturizes well.
  • No irritation.
  • Reduces wrinckles: small – yes, but I don’t know how it’ll work by deep.
  • Tightens the skin: yes.

SPF 15 is not so high, but anyway I usually carry the sunglasses. Very good. Definitely will repurchase.

Stay beautiful 🙂
